Terms & Conditions — abt99 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abt99 ("abt99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at abt99.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the abt99 platform, including but not limited to account registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting markets, bonus claims, and all communications with the abt99 support team.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a casino game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the abt99 platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual or organisation;

These Terms are supplemented by the abt99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that are published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion's rules explicitly state otherwise.

abt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at abt99.app/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the abt99 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the abt99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. abt99 maintains a strict policy of zero tolerance for underage gambling. Providing false age information at registration is a serious violation that will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — including minors, individuals subject to court orders, and individuals acting under duress — are not eligible to use the platform.
• Jurisdictional eligibility: You must satisfy yourself that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence. abt99 does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that use of the platform is permitted in all jurisdictions. It is solely your responsibility to verify your legal eligibility before registering.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from abt99 or any other gambling operator. Attempting to register or access a new account while subject to a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of the new account.

Age Verification

abt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is requested, access to the account — including the ability to place bets, play games, or withdraw funds — may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. abt99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player's inability to provide age verification documents in a timely manner.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the abt99 platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change. abt99 may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abt99 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. abt99 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your abt99 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify the abt99 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
• Do not log in to your abt99 account on shared or public devices, including internet cafes and shared mobile handsets.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a mobile device that may be accessible to other household members.
• Contact abt99 support immediately if you receive a password reset notification that you did not initiate.

Account Verification (KYC)

abt99 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or in response to specific account activity. KYC documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by abt99 support may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abt99 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abt99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The primary deposit and withdrawal channels available to Bangladesh players are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. abt99 may, at its discretion, add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time and credited to your abt99 account balance immediately upon confirmation.
• Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective mobile financial service.
• abt99 does not charge a platform fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider's standard transfer fees may apply and are outside abt99's control.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the original deposit. This restriction is a firm anti-money-laundering (AML) control and cannot be overridden.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• abt99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or withdrawals where account activity is flagged for review.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable rollover requirements are not withdrawable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abt99 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback offers, and referral incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses issued on the abt99 platform unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's dedicated terms. Stakes placed on certain game categories — including some live casino table games and low-margin sports betting markets — may not contribute fully to wagering requirements.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before fulfilling the conditions of an existing active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. abt99 reserves the right to exclude specific players from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including players whose betting patterns suggest systematic bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet stake limit applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Referral bonuses: Referral incentives are only payable where the referred player has successfully registered a new account, completed KYC verification, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves using a second account — are treated as fraud under these Terms.

abt99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the abt99 bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering to minimise risk, or systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted on the abt99 platform. Game-specific rules are additionally published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform and should be read in conjunction with this section.

General Wagering Rules

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. abt99 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or wager, except where an obvious technical error by the platform is identified and verified by the abt99 technical team.
• abt99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at odds or on terms that were the result of a manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure. Manifest error voids will be communicated to affected players promptly.
• The abt99 sports betting platform uses real-time odds provided by third-party data suppliers. In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a data feed error, abt99 reserves the right to recalculate settlement at the correct odds or to void the affected bets entirely at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time — including during play — for operational reasons, data feed interruptions, or where abt99 identifies irregular betting patterns. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension are accepted at abt99's discretion.

Casino & RNG Games

• All casino games available on the abt99 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming from licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
• Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the RNG or live dealer process. abt99 does not influence, manipulate, or alter game outcomes in any way.
• In the unlikely event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be settled according to the game's internal completion logic. abt99 is not responsible for disconnection losses caused by the player's internet service provider or mobile network.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abt99 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. abt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance held in such an account pending investigation.

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one abt99 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting any personal information to abt99.
• Payment fraud: Using a payment method not registered in your own name, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies, collusion with other players, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting or gaming activity on the abt99 platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games and syndicate betting designed to exploit odds discrepancies.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain a financial advantage. Discovered errors must be reported to abt99 support immediately — failure to report and exploitation of known errors will be treated as fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the abt99 platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds as part of a money laundering scheme or to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward abt99 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

abt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification or KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment method;
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Identification that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Compliance requirements, including anti-money-laundering obligations;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your abt99 account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, abt99 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion facility available through your account settings or via the support team. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period (minimum one week) or on a permanent basis.
